16Ways Gives Lex/KY bridges educational resource gaps for students and families throughout Lexington and Kentucky. Working closely with Family Resource Coordinators (FRCs), we provide essential supplemental materials that support both classroom learning and home education environments.

 

Our initiative supplies critical educational tools including laptops, tablets, books, and classroom essentials to students in need. We extend our support to working parents returning to education and first-year college students through our technology assistance program.

 

In partnership with Exhilarating Inc., we help young adults transitioning to independence by providing household necessities, clothing, furniture, and connections to community resources, ensuring they have the foundation needed for successful adulthood.

 

Through our collaboration with Lexington PAL (Police Activities League), we donate sporting equipment, clothing, games, and electronics that create positive engagement opportunities between youth and law enforcement.

 

We assist Lexington Juvenile Probation and Court Services by providing toiletries, backpacks and new clothing that help officers establish safe environments for vulnerable teens facing runaway situations or abuse, ensuring these young people receive dignity and essential care during critical moments.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
