What is 16Ways foundation?

16Ways Foundation is a non-profit organization under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation will work on a national level to develop and implement workshops, seminars, camps, and other activities. These are designed to build self-esteem, promote responsibility for one’s own actions and overcoming obstacle’s, and demonstrate the importance of academics, knowledge of career options and professional development, community involvement, and mental and physical fitness among youth of all socio-economic backgrounds. The foundation’s primary focus is to work with at-risk youth between the ages of 8 and 18 and a secondary focus on adults in employment transition.

Our mission is to inspire girls ages 12-19 to be strong, smart and bold. We offer programs that empower girls to embrace their value and potential, equip girls with the tools for leadership roles and community action and prepare girls to lead successful, independent, fulfilling lives. Our future programs will include scholarships for deserving young women and credit establishing education. This is our online meeting place, where we organize our activities, share ideas, and publicize our mission.
"Changing Lives One Play at a Time”
Changing Lives One Day at a Time is a one day youth football camp for kids 8-14 years old. The camp will feature basic offensive and defensive skills taught by professional football players, high school and little league coaches, and collegiate athletes. The camp will consist of Q & A session with NFL players and certified fitness trainers; the camp will also highlight the importance of working together and also taking a PLEDGE AGAINST BULLYING.
